ABOUT
Prepare multi-discipline design proposals, establish and negotiate fees. Direct and coordinate multi-discipline design team through design and construction. Liason between Owner and design team. Coordinate meetings and major reviews with design team and owner. Track design fees and budgets. Track and coordinate open issues between Owner and design team, and between design team members. Maintain design schedule. Coordinate construction submittals, shop drawings, RFIs, design changes, change orders, bulletins, and project closeout.
Prepare architectural design proposals and established fees. Prepare feasibility studies, conceptual and preliminary design documents including site and master planning. Prepare contract documents (drawings and specifications). Provide construction administration services including submittal and shop drawing review, site visits, preparation of change orders, respond to RFIs, project closeout. Prepare planning and permit submittals. Coordinate with Owner and major disciplines.
